Dena Shulruff

Dena was born in the Bay Area, but grew up in Folsom & Loomis. She received her professional training in 2004-2005 from The World School of Massage Therapy and Holistic Healing Arts in San Francisco, Ca. However she began her informal training at an early childhood age, massaging family, friends and even pets! She also has a B.S. in Recreational Therapy from Cal State East Bay and advocates for healthy recreational activities for a balanced life, mind, spirit and body. In her spare time she enjoys taking photos of her boyfriend in bespoke menswear, hanging out by the ocean/ most any port or coastal town, wine tasting, binge watching shows, cooking, creating new organic bodycare products for her line BodiBe, and of course connecting with good friends. She hopes to build a strong community in Folsom and loves the opportunity to share experiences to help each other grow.
